Is Montreal one of your favorite cheeses?
Montreal is a Quebec goat’s cheese, produced in St. Raymond de Portneuf. Montreal is a soft surfaced and ripened , goats’ cheese. Montreal offers a semi-strong and slightly sour taste, that will become even stronger tasting, as this fine cheese matures.
